這裡的抄手跟麻辣，是有花椒粒的麻辣香氣，辣度適中
滷味小菜的計價很平價，吃辣的，會額外給辣椒醬汁，跟麻辣的不一樣，這個辣椒與麻辣是不同的，正常的辣椒調醬，會附醬油膏。
對於現代人不吃太重口味的飲食習慣改變，非常友善！
肉骨茶麵是藥膳湯底，味道較清淡，香氣十足，麵條採用較粗一些的麵條，口感有嚼勁，泡久不會糊。
