★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用電子兌換券換飲料，男店員態度極差，刷不到兌換，也無法幫忙解決，讓我再買你一杯，更擺臉講話超小聲。教育訓練到底出了什麼問題，結帳也不聽清楚什麼結帳方式，還強迫別人只能用現金。起初到店購買時，就這男店員一直蹲在無視生意進出，想額外買蛋糕也不多問客人要哪塊，根本不想買，根本是無服務應該是0顆星吧。
The male clerk had a very poor attitude when exchanging the electronic exchange coupon for a drink. He couldn't exchange it, and he couldn't help solve it.
