好幾年沒回澎湖了
10年前讀大學的時候
人生第一次吃到越南牛肉粉就是這一家
喝一口清甜的湯 牛肉香讓只吃過紅燒牛肉麵的我很驚訝
記得老闆娘還親切地教我正確吃法
擠點檸檬跟九層塔畫龍點睛的美味
讓我在澎湖時每個禮拜至少吃一次
後來回基隆台北吃了幾家口味都不喜歡而且價格貴
不是印象中的味道
非常懷念這間陪了我大學兩年時光的好麵店
希望未來回澎湖旅遊還能在品嚐到好味道

I haven't been back to Penghu for several years.
When I was in college 10 years ago
This is the first time I have eaten Vietnamese beef noodles in my life.
Take a sip of the sweet soup, the fragrant beef makes me surprised that I have only eaten braised beef noodles
I remember the lady boss kindly taught me the correct way to eat
Squeeze some lemon and add the finishing touch to the deliciousness of the nine-story pagoda
Let me eat at least once a week when I'm in Penghu
Later, I went back to Keelung and Taipei to eat a few restaurants. I didn't like the taste and they were expensive.
Not the taste in the impression
I miss this good noodle shop that accompanied me for two years in college
I hope that I can still taste good taste in the future when I go back to Penghu.

Everything is delicious, especially the pork trotter noodles, braised beef noodles, cold spring rolls and fried spring rolls.

澎湖島宛如聯合國，各國美食齊聚一堂，隱身市場巷弄的「阿鳳牛肉河粉」，成為當地住民與觀光客的招牌美食。
老闆娘阿鳳堅持實用越南道地的河粉條、魚露、海鮮醬、辣椒醬等正統風味，清湯川燙的現宰牛肉搭配河粉條、豆芽菜、生洋蔥，再酌量加入九層塔葉及檸檬塊，成為清爽酸甜好滋味，一大碗的湯頭喝得津津有味一滴入魂也不剩，成為愛喝湯的我口袋名單。
印象深刻的是老闆娘的笑顏，一直對著我們微笑，成為澎湖的另一種家鄉味。

"A Fung Beef Hor Fun"
Penghu Island is like the United Nations, where delicacies from all over the world gather together, and the "A Feng Beef Hor Fun" hidden in the alleys of the market has become the signature food of local residents and tourists.
The proprietress, Ah Feng, insists on using the orthodox flavors such as authentic Vietnamese noodles, fish sauce, seafood sauce, and chili sauce. Freshly slaughtered beef in clear soup is paired with river noodles, bean sprouts, and raw onions. Become a refreshing sweet and sour taste, drink a big bowl of soup with relish, not a drop left, become my pocket list of soup lovers.
What impressed me most was the smile of the proprietress, who kept smiling at us, becoming another hometown flavor of Penghu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to a 750$ hot pot at a nearby restaurant, the Bun Thit Nuong va Cha Gio, Banh Canh, and Banh Mi (150$) were absolutely delicious and filling for 2 of us.
The owner speaks both Chinese and Vietnamese and is very friendly and warm. (Co biet noi Tieng hoa va Tieng viet) She even offered to take us around the island to visit some places on her day off work, but unfortunately we are leaving tomorrow.
Such a great shop, with a lot of customers getting take-away. I’m so sad I didn’t find this place until today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our favorite Vietnamese restaurant in town. Her pho is good, both the beef and chicken. Her sandwiches are good. Her seafood soup is really good too. And the owners are very nice and friendly every time we go there. The prices are fair and the atmosphere is typical of a restaurant in Taiwan.
