如果能像布袋港重新規劃會比較好。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒次要從彭湖回嘉義都要進來的地方~感覺很擠~空間很小~路線也不是很好~我們那天是星期日要拿免稅煙都看到前面的旅客一直插隊跟他們說了也不理馬的類~希望能改進~可以像布袋那邊多一個休息區~或多一點的出入口~

雖然設施有點老舊，
但基本的設備還是都有，
如果排隊出關檢驗的
空間及動線能夠設計的更順暢一些就好了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 拿票處在二樓，進來的右邊有便所，飲水機，但感覺登船進去那商店旁的便所比較新，還有身障人士專用的很讚，今天回程坐到船更新更好，還有工作人員會幫你找坐的位置，隨時注意旅客的安全，會看旅客是不是需要紙，很讚

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次到澎湖是坐船到馬公，正值夏天非常炎熱的天氣，整個旅客服務中心都塞爆了，空氣非常難受，這次第三次到澎湖，經過旅客服務中心，因為受疫情影響，卻發現冷冷凊清的！
