有別於城煌廟斜對面的那家蛋黃麵,經營的第二代年輕夫妻服務非常好,也沒有像一般澎湖店家生意好,態度就開始變差的樣子。一開始以為蛋黃麵是加上一棵蛋黃,後來才發現不是,是在製作麵條時加了蛋黃,麵體屬於細麵,口感有彈性,而不是軟爛的那種。蛋黃麵可以選擇乾麵和湯麵,加大一碗50元,一個大人食量吃大碗的沒問題。其中有個骨仔肉湯更是好吃,是用骨頭附近的肉削下來煮成的湯,只是限量品,沒有早一點來點的話,通常都點不到。除了麵之外,魯味也很不錯,點了自己想吃的魯味後,會再入魯汁中加熱。
