★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 澎湖最有名的皮膚科醫生，非常的和善，以前老媽幫人家帶的小孩腳指部位長顆粒狀，但因為小孩害怕醫院，一直不肯進診間，醫生居然直接出來到外頭的椅子上看診，真的非常的親民。看診上對於皮膏的問題，用藥的問題上，都會很詳細的解說，看診時間只到中午12點，所以診所裡常常滿滿的患者，不過！看診的速度還算快，並不需要等太久，而且看診上非常的精準，如果有皮膚上的問題，在澎湖首推林建成醫師，準沒錯。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到澎湖旅遊，因為寶寶臉上皮膚破皮出水，來兩天就變嚴重，在google 找到這家診所，醫生很細心的看診及解答我們的問題，而且有多開幾支藥膏給寶寶之後有需要可以使用，非常貼心。重點是塗了一次藥膏已經好很多了，寶寶皮膚問題困擾了我們很久，想不到這麼輕易就解決了，雖然知道往後會反覆的出現，但最少之後都知道可以怎樣處理了
