道地黑糖糕吃了有2 -30年 有更改過紙盒包裝 內容物以鋁箔袋封起 相較閩南發粿 (白色) 比較像客家的發粿(黑色) 一樣有黑糖味香 但口感較濕潤 原味是灑上白芝麻 紅豆糕 有蠻多的乾性有顆粒感但是鬆軟紅豆 味道較甜 保存日期較短 堅果上面鋪上南瓜子少許枸杞和少少許核桃 黑芝麻味道更不甜 保存期限相對較長 個人覺得紅豆最優 也最實惠(保存放冰箱 要食用時再蒸一下 口感會好些)

吃了很多間澎湖的黑糖糕還是最喜歡黑妞的口味,口感鬆綿又Q,黑糖味也很香不會死甜。 無防腐劑常溫三天、冷凍建議回溫方式都在包裝上,但通常我買回本島都會在三天內吃完不會有冷凍加熱的機會,因為趁當天新鮮吃最好吃,一開封一人幾口就分完了。 建議喜歡的遊客們一次不要買太多吃不夠也都可以線上宅配,都是當天新鮮製作空運回本島喔?

黑妞黑糖糕非常好吃,每次到澎湖,都是買他們家的黑糖糕,加熱過後的黑糖糕軟嫩可口,另外還有他們的干貝醬,配上白米飯?非常下飯唷!由於生意很好,盡量提早預訂,有時候當天買會沒貨唷!
