★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡是竹灣社區活動中心，也是關懷據點、守望相助隊的地址。近年來會成為拍照打卡景點，主要就是在海防堤防上有立體的海龜塑像。
有別於一般海堤，這裡特地用澎湖的保育類綠蠵龜做成一道裝置藝術，有大有小，大海龜的眼睛栩栩如生，小海龜像是在游泳似的，努力地往上爬，形成這幅特殊的景觀，旁邊還有個小型的溜滑梯，很適合帶小孩來逛逛，而且距離大義宮又近，可以一次收集二個景點。
