★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可惡的國民黨，把當初在1915年所建立『忠魂碑』改名叫『光復紀念碑』。
當初建造忠魂碑是為了紀念阿緱廳(日本警察)於霧台抗日事件、四林格事件等武裝衝突中所犧牲或戰死的英雄及警察官吏等25人。
當時碑文上的「忠魂碑」三字，由時任台灣總督佐久間左馬太所提寫，在1915年5月31日完工。
第二次世界大戰日本投降，台灣被國民黨接收後，大肆破壞日本歷史文物，將原本的『忠魂碑』被改成「光復紀念碑」。
原本掉念『忠魂碑』的英雄也被抹煞掉，反而被塗上欺辱的光復紀念碑，
 The hateful Kuomintang renamed the "Loyal Soul Monument" built in 1915 as "Recovery Monument".
The Loyal Soul Monument was originally built to commemorate 25 people including heroes and police officials who died or died in armed conflicts such as the Wutai Anti-Japanese Incident and Silinge Incident.

After Japan surrendered in World War II and Taiwan was taken over by the Kuomintang, it devastated Japanese historical relics and changed the original "Loyal Soul Monument" into a "Recovery Monument."
The hero who originally missed the "Loyal Soul Monument" was also erased, and instead was painted with a monument to the restoration of insults.
