YKM只要有她在這個部門永遠都有問題
也留不住任何人 就算以前討好她讓她覺得妳有利用價值
只要那天得罪她或是做了讓她不滿意的事
接下來要面對的就是無止盡的霸凌和冷落
最好就是最後被調離開這個部門
不然就準備好哪天受不了了自己離職吧
希望公司上層可以正視這個人和問題

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公司福利制度很差,老闆自豪為屏東台積電,勞基法規定的底薪公司都挪用全勤來補,加薪前跟加薪後領的都一模一樣。主管還會帶頭霸凌不喜歡的員工,霸凌到你懷疑人生,自己離職為止!有事情不能配合加班會被主管罵得全部門都認識你,女性員工也不能夠請生理假,一律要提供醫生證明還要算病假。手機放在身上要罰錢五百塊。天氣炎熱冷氣根本像暖氣一樣,還不準員工叫手搖飲料,也不能叫foodpanda。除了壓榨還是壓榨,然後老闆只會不停的買車買車買車,根本不管員工都在流血流汗,製造品質差的要命也是當作沒看見直接出貨,真心建議不要來這裡工作
