別小看只是ㄧ家於市場旁的普通店家喔! ?‍♀️這裡頭可是有著每日清蒸限量版的肉圓呢! 也許,大部份人覺得清蒸手法會很普通,但是,他們家是在大的籠子裡,逐一現做現放進蒸籠裡蒸煮的喔!(當然內餡的肉丁有事先淹製過) 看起來很費功夫、好特別的手法?...但才能蒸煮出口感軟嫩Q的外皮及內餡風味漂香。 說到*內餡*,可是老闆娘獨特秘製的「肉丁」, 口感有別於市面上常吃到調製的絞肉團喔! 真的是別有一番風味? 初次造訪,就讓我回味無窮... 對了,還有一碗暖呼呼的豬血豬腸湯!老闆真是太讓我驚喜了~~~~因爲澎派的料,價格又便宜....CP值真的高!✨

知道這家巷弄裡的小店,是因為看了報紙美食版很有名記者的報導。 好像她來屏東找同學。同學帶她來吃,她訝異在市場邊的小店竟然有如此美味,看了報導後,馬上買回來吃,果真非常好吃。 這家的肉圓,是屏東道地「用蒸的」肉圓,卻不像夜市肉圓那麼油那麼鹹,她是從蒸籠後起鍋後再加佐料。 肉圓皮薄內餡角肉大顆,口味非常道地。 佐湯有三種:豬血湯、腸仔湯、豬血腸仔湯,湯品的特色在用她用了許多韭菜切丁,味道當然不俗,一碗三十元的豬血腸仔湯,內容物多到滿到碗邊,給人視覺味覺的大大滿足。 許多第一次光顧的客人可能會覺得老闆娘有點酷,講話直接,但是成為熟客後才知道她是一位做事認真嚴謹的人。 傳統美食就是需要這樣的職人精神才能把口味一代代傳承下去。 家人說最近覺的肉圓皮變厚,個人覺得可能是攤主的年紀大了,桿肉圓皮的勁道弱了些,這些都只是個人意見,就味道而言,五顆星評價,這家建國肉圓當之無愧。
