但不清楚最低要幾人可以用餐,這次吃的是每人1000元的網路上也有人分享600和800元的,總之就是看你預算去跟闆娘溝通。 據說是久留米收掉之後就開了這間,整個用餐氣氛很好闆娘親切熱情,絕大部分都是海鮮類新鮮味道也都很用心,如果有點餐障礙或是不想讓你媽知道這餐多少錢超適合來這裡用餐,幫長輩慶生也是不錯的選擇,桌位很少一定要預約。 我吃的和別人分享的好像就多三道菜,分別是烏魚膘與鮭魚腹生魚片和煎干貝,干貝真的是我吃過最大顆的一人一顆不用搶生食級中間還有生干貝口感內,烏魚膘做成醬燒辣味很好配飯那個口感我還是有點害怕,鮭魚腹生魚片很厚實! 特別喜歡的其他幾道菜是炸豬排,屌打市面上的各大連鎖品牌又厚又嫩加上特製芥末醬我多吃了兩塊(笑 奶油螃蟹我也很喜歡體積大吃起來滿口奶油香和洋蔥好搭,十個人配兩隻反正大家都懶得剝螃蟹,另外螃蟹的蛋還有煮成粥超大一鍋一人盛上一碗還是得外帶回家。 其他品項有松阪豬生菜沙拉柚子風味,松阪豬切的有咬勁很剛好還有點炭香,清蒸魚應該是石斑但我看不出品種魚肉不鬆散吃得出很新鮮! 蝦叻沙烏龍麵加很多烏龍麵蝦子有撥好殼Q彈大隻,石斑魚火鍋這個我還好更希望他是味噌口味的,結尾的甜點有白木耳和布丁可以選,當天布丁的焦糖有點煮過頭不過布丁體還是滿讚的。 一開始會問要不要白飯東西菜都很下飯 還有冬瓜茶喝到飽是溫馨的小空間再說一次要訂位!! 用餐內容僅供參考畢竟是無菜單請尊重店家的自由意志不要跑去許願呦?
