不是最高，但肯定是台灣最壯闊的瀑布，沒有之一！！
從瑪家派出所開車約三、四十分鐘會抵達第二個哨站，小車無四輪的車建議可在此開始尋找停車點。最後的停車處是朝聖橋，若要停此處建議先回好車子，用倒退的方式下去，否則在橋那邊非常難迴轉，除非是小車。過橋後的路非常不建議開車下去，多頁岩容易刮破輪胎
從停車處走到約三十分鐘中可看到太古拉笩斯的石碑，約再走 20 步即可找到下切點，通常會有山友對石頭在此處甚至是放銅板標記
下切路段大約走十五分鐘即可到達瀑布，此路段多碎石，有繩索可拉，建議帶個手套比較能保護手，鞋子也也穿太爛的比較安全
回到下切點，繼續往前走，過橋後可以到達瀑頂，此處景色非常漂亮，但千萬要小心，掉下河流就會被沖下瀑布了…
