★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Must be place in Kaohsiung. Long time ago, the tower is prepared for support the water for neighborhood. But for the poor design, it is not functional and be disposal for a long time.
Now it turn into a spot with new decoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are about to remove the water installation which is at the corner od the park. I never saw the fountains activated, that's a pity... in this little park, there are some exercise modules, but nothing for kids, that's a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An interesting miniature park combining contemporary art with historical remnants of decommissioned running water pipes and towers, not the most glamorous of parks but certainly worth a look around.
The only downside is the place being literally filled with mosquitoes, which is even worse during seasons other than winter.
