★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are not friendly. I asked for check in 20 min. before check in time but they are not allow even I was sitting at the lobby for 2 h. when it was 10 min passed the check in time I asked to do check in again. I thing I experienced that there was no guess for them to take care, the room already ready to go inside and the room is just next to my waiting place 10 steps but they let me wait 2 h. out side.
Moreover, they do not care about the hygiene, all the corners of the room are dirty and dusty.
Should improve there service and train staff to take response to their function.
