阿公的阿祖在市場開始賣麵!哇~那不就是百年麵店了 —————?????? ??————— 如果不是因為很愛吃粄條與米苔目,根本不可能為了一碗乾麵特地跑到屏東縣內埔鄉吧!看屏東美食社團有網友介紹,就在東勢村嘉應路這家內埔客家粄條東勢老麵店已經傳承到第四代,從阿公的阿祖在東勢市場一直賣到現在,整整百年了!天呀~百年麵店耶!超酷的!對於麵控來說不吃真的對不起自己!如果熊友們喜歡客家口味,不妨也去吃吃看,看看口味有沒有合適。 ------------------------------- 菜單上沒有寫價錢,不知道是不是當地傳統?想吃的還是可以先詢問,滷味小菜類別,老闆會看用餐人數建議,由於我們只有兩個人,就通通點小份與小碗麵嚐鮮而已。 ------------------------------- 豬腳(100元) 豬腳必點!!由於不知道大份會有多少,我們點的是小份,它的豬腳有夠讚! 滷過的豬腳不會過於軟爛,透徹入味當中還能保有彈性肉感,鹹香的醬汁與微微甜味的筍乾都入味其中,調味上也沒有傳統客家菜那麼死鹹,剛剛好的鹹度,覺得很可以來碗白飯秒殺它。 ------------------------------- 豬耳朵(50元) 它的豬耳朵與以往吃過,先滷後切的不同,它純粹就是清燙後切片上桌,靠的是醬油膏來提味而已,清燙很需要新鮮,不然會有雜味在裏頭,看樣子百年麵店一直都用這方式處理小菜,想必也是因為對於食材的新鮮度相當自信,這點蠻不錯的。 ------------------------------- 粄條(乾/小/40元) 很傳統的客家粄條,純粹就是吃肉燥香氣與炒過的油蔥酥香,調味上也剛好(或許是為了迎合觀光客口味吧)它比內埔村內那些過鹹的還要適合熊口味; 有著米香氣的粄條,軟Q軟Q的好入口,一碗簡簡單單的乾板條就是令人心醉著迷的回憶。 ------------------------------- 米苔目(乾/小/40元) 與剛剛的粄條配料不大一樣,這碗乾米苔目多了一顆顆圓滾滾的黃碗豆!! 欸欸沒吃過這個耶!夾起一顆吃吃,有些甜味!搭配滑口又QQ欸古早味米苔目,蠻妙的組合; 不過最強的還是它的調味吧!麵的熱氣讓肉燥與油蔥酥充滿香氣勾引著不斷上升的食欲。 —————?????? ??————— 店家資訊? 東勢老麵店 電話☎️ 08-7792596 地址? 屏東縣內埔鄉東勢村嘉應路27號 營業時間⌚️ 06:00~14:00 (星期二店休)
