店長請管一下好嗎？

This morning on 111.1.3, my colleague went to pick up the goods. The young female (thin) clerk had a very bad attitude. To pick up the goods, I had to find it by myself. If I couldn’t find it, I was scolded by the clerk. ? The package is not placed according to the number, and the customer can't find it and be blamed? What kind of service attitude is this! And squinting at people!
Can you please take care of the store manager?
After reviewing so many stores, this is the first time to give a negative review of 1 star!
