★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度很糟糕！會叫客人自己抱放在底下13公斤的大包飼料，看我們遲遲不知道該怎麼拿時（拿下來放哪裡？弄亂了是不是又不高興？），後來店員就很不耐煩嘴裡發出嗤嗤聲的幫我們拿到要買的上面一包，要買的那包飼料還是要我們自己搬去櫃臺?
屏東市的仁愛門市還會主動幫我們搬到車上，連鎖店的服務態度也差太多了吧！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天在此店買了一罐除跳蚤的藥劑,買的當下店員並沒有告知不能退換貨,店內也沒有任何標示說藥劑類售出後不能退換貨,今天想來換成另一種的店員卻拒絕且態度非常差,一直表現出不耐煩的樣子,其實在意的不是能不能換貨,而是店員的服務態度,昨天才剛成為會員,今天就遇到這樣的事和這樣服務態度極差的店員,下次也不會再去了。
