★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今晚去看運動鞋時，老闆正在服務一組顧客，一位女店員過來招呼我們，拿了一雙鞋請這位女店員拿我的尺寸，試穿之後問她有沒有哪個鞋款有支撐足弓的（當下試穿的那雙沒有），她也不清楚，去問了老闆，老闆說沒有，我回說那不用了謝謝，老闆回我沒關係，但這位女店員直接面露不悅翻白眼，想請問這位女員工，只要是妳拿來試穿的產品就必須要買嗎？沒有適合的鞋款不買怎麼了嗎？
之前去光臨過幾次，老闆一向客氣，但這位員工不但不了解店內產品，連上班態度都欠缺訓練，真心希望這位員工不要再繼續讓顧客不想進門消費。
When I went to see sneakers tonight, the boss was serving a group of customers. A female clerk came to greet us, took a pair of shoes and asked the female clerk to take my size. After trying them on, she asked her if she had any support. The arch of the foot (the pair I tried on at the moment), she didn’t know, she went to ask the boss, and the boss said no, I said that it’s not necessary, thank you, the boss answered me it’s okay, but the female clerk was unhappy. Rolling my eyes, I would like to ask this female employee, do I have to buy the products you try on? What's wrong with not buying suitable shoes?
I have visited a few times before, and the boss has always been polite, but this employee not only does not understand the products in the store, but also lacks training in his attitude to work. I sincerely hope that this employee will not continue to make customers not want to come in for consumption.
