綠豆蒜遵循店家傳統古法製作而成,有冷、熱兩種可以選擇,熱的綠豆蒜不同一般吃的糖水味而是有特殊的麥芽香氣,店家有建議的特別吃法不攪拌,慢慢吃下去。冰的是綠豆蒜搭配著紅豆、綠豆,粉條….等等配料再淋上小碎冰,吃起來甜而不膩口。是一家在地人很推薦的老店,也被不少美食節目報章雜誌介紹過,然後充滿各式手寫標語應該是其特色XD,來這裡用餐建議車子停在福安宮停車場再慢慢步行過來,不然店面周遭巷道狹小不易停車。整體而言滿滿古早味感受很值得一試。

期待已久終於吃到綠豆蒜 但一吃完全沒有甜味 雖然納悶但默默的吃完 一行七人全部都對綠豆蒜感到莫名 為何這樣口味會這麼有名氣 每間店都大排長龍 之後實在太好奇,去廟旁邊買東西順口問攤販老闆,才知道店家可能是沒放到糖 太傷心了,可惜了我的期待

特色在於淋在 綠豆蒜上的不是黑糖糖漿 而是麥芽糖 算是第一次吃到 但是 瑕疵的點 麥芽糖遇到冰水直接凝固 無法與冰綠豆蒜相融 吃起來味道 不夠甜 有點鹹鹹的味道 吃一碗就會膩 底部配料 幾乎都相黏在一起 感覺可以改進 增加回顧率
