屏東地區，類似這種轉型可可小農經營模式的農園相當多，規模有大有小，我們陸陸續續參觀過好幾家了⋯⋯幾乎每個經營者對自己的理念都是樂於分享，此家農園主人退休後的生活，努力創建這塊可可園，以自然農法栽種可可果樹，用有機堆肥代替化工肥料，當然也分享了可可製成的產品，如純黑濃巧克力、可可粉等成品，高經濟價值的產品價格稍高，在地小農需要遊客的支持。

In Pingtung, there are quite a lot of farms similar to this small cocoa farming business model, with different sizes. We have visited several companies one after another ... Almost every operator is happy to share his ideas. The life of the owner of the farm after retirement, strive to create this cocoa garden, grow cocoa fruit trees by natural farming methods, use organic compost to replace chemical fertilizers, and of course share products made from cocoa, such as pure dark chocolate, cocoa powder and other finished products The price of products of economic value is slightly higher, and local farmers need the support of tourists.

從老闆的談話中、表情上都可以感受到他對可可及咖啡的喜愛。
今日愛寵：
●喜歡100%純黑巧克力，風味很特別，有別於其他地方的100%巧克力，鮮明味蕾的感受。
品嚐：一開始是巧克力、炸開式的瞇瞇眼酸、然後神奇的回甘。喜歡♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可可果白囊滴下來的汁一瓶100元 可可果一顆100元。 老闆 快速的介紹可可的生態跟三個品種的可可樹 共生的香蕉後，花了很多功夫介紹 可可對他健康 回復的功效 從減肥降血糖 預防老人癡呆等等好像無所不能 這邊賣的不是事先抽脂的可可巧克力 也有烘焙的可可核果 後來聽導遊說才知道原來不管有沒有買東西參訪一個人頭是150元（雖然已在團費裡） 每個人可喝最小的試用紙杯的可可茶一杯 跟一口新鮮的可可果， 沒有採果體驗 ，象徵性地找了一個團員剪一顆果而已

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看到前同事的新事業，一如往昔的認真踏實，維持食品級的產線水準，從育苗管理到最後出貨，一滴不漏。也許一般人知道農家樂，但應該很難想像一人廠長的辛勞，頂著烈日揮汗如雨，呵護幼苗一如親生骨肉。在現場活動裡，親和近人的態度完全沒有架子，娓娓道出可可豆的前因後果，硬生生的是一堂超級豐富的自然課。有機會千萬不要錯過趣訪，享受南台灣的風光，支持在地小農的堅持！
