半筋半牛整塊的牛肉+手工自製麵條（很Q彈），牛肉湯喝下去有甘甜的滋味、
酸辣湯（家常的味道，不是會有很酸的味道）+手工水餃（新鮮的豬肉+新鮮的韭黃、韭菜花）、豬耳朵裡面還有洋蔥
