理解疫情期間醫護人員很忙但因為政策一直在變深怕錯過一些步驟疏忽到 才趕快打電話詢問。
家中有快篩陽性的家人 （因為是禮拜六中午先打了幾通診所電話未接，想說那是否應該要先通報居住地的衛生所詢問叫詳細的資訊）一接通詢問快篩陽的話目前該如何處理 小姐問 是我快篩陽嗎？我說我的同住家人，我快篩陰性。 小姐問你快篩陰性為何要打來（這時候對方語氣已經很不客氣了）我說是我的同住家人
電話那頭說那應該要打給診所而不是他們 我說我知道的我先前有打了，但因為是假日加上中午 沒接的 或者告知今日已經休診的 所以才打過來想要詢問目前這樣的狀況該怎麼處理？
但得到的一直是鬼打牆他們沒有醫生看診（網路上他們是有這項服務但我也是要問一些相關的資訊）告知我網路上都查得到 我說我都有查過 但因為遇到假日
甚至還告訴我那他也背不起來 他要看一下
整段過程 感受到非常無奈 我們並沒有要在那邊視訊看診之類 只是想詢問遇到假日還有快篩陽目前要怎麼處理 要不要先通報告知這類的
最後有告知怎麼去聯絡醫生 但語氣仍感覺到非常不舒服 讓人覺得打這通電話犯了什麼錯一樣
