位於小琉球大福漁港旁的海產店 1.蚵仔酥選用非常新鮮且肥美的蚵仔,外衣酥脆裡面保有蚵仔的鮮甜 2.金莎中卷的鹹蛋調味不會過於搶戲,還是保有中卷的鮮甜滋味,搭配過油的洋蔥,洋蔥去除了嗆辣保留了脆度及甜味,店家炸功了得,非常適合配飯 3.飛魚卵煎蛋香氣十足不會過油,惟飛魚卵僅是增加口感,其實沒什麼特別,但是是好吃的 4.炸銀魚非常新鮮,吃不到任何腥味,不沾胡椒鹽仍是非常有味 5.宮保松板豬使用了辣椒及花椒,香氣十足外,帶點麻而不辣的味道,比起一般餐廳的宮保式料理僅有辣味非常不一樣 6.鹹蛋苦瓜亦是鹹蛋不會太過搶戲,陪襯山苦瓜的苦味及微微的清甜;雨來菇調味偏鹹,但非常適合下飯 整體來說這家店的料理每一樣都非常有水準,絕對推薦可以二訪的店家,炒泡麵僅淡季平日才提供,未來有機會絕對要嘗試,旺季來建議一定要事先訂位

用餐時間111/2/25晚餐 平日晚上人就不少,且店家晚上7點半就打烊了,若假日到訪建議一定要先訂位。 本次點了金莎中卷、蚵仔蛋、炒海香菇、宮保牛肉、蚵仔湯、鳳梨蝦球、蚵仔酥,其中特別喜歡幾點菜: 海香菇:很特別,是塔香口味炒花枝外皮,本來很難想像花枝皮口感,實際吃就像是比螺肉更Q軟的口感,不會咬不動,店家塔香調味剛好,整體很不錯。 蚵仔蛋:給的蚵仔份量不少,也新鮮,蛋邊緣也煎的焦香厚實,可惜有點油膩。 宮保牛肉:肉給的蠻大方,切的也厚實,比較沒有抓醃過的口感,宮保調味不錯,再辣一點更好。 金莎中卷:普遍網友大推,實際吃覺得調味不錯,中卷稍微不夠有口感,不讓人覺得特別驚艷。 其他的菜沒有不好,但就是一般熱炒店的感覺,提醒店家的飯是要另外點的,整體來說屬於可以安排來吃,但不到必吃的餐廳。
