★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在烏龍這種小地方它的存在會是早晨的喜悅，它不是傳統南部厚皮小籠包，有點像上海湯包(70%)跟港式燒賣(30%)的混合體,皮沒有完全緊貼內餡，湯汁是有但不會多到噴汁燙口，內餡自然鮮甜，辣椒醬明顯是北部外省伯伯傳下來的四川炒法，一定要加！只是環境被我扣了0.5顆星

皮薄餡多口感像貢丸Q彈有勁（而且豬肉味不重），感覺真的很用心~~
