★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因有事而要進行退款，也符合規定只退50% 9/25-9/26房 提前一週告知，到10/6都尚未退款，中間屢次用line詢問，已讀不回，也使用電話確認，惡意掛斷或是不接電話，電話中還用台語威脅說來墾丁就不要再來他們這，態度十分惡質
 I have to refund because of something, and it is only 50% in line with the regulations. 9/25-9/26 rooms are informed one week in advance, and no refund has been made by 10/6. I have used the line to ask many times in the middle, but I can't read it, and I also use the phone. Confirmed, maliciously hung up or did not answer the phone, and even threatened in Taiwanese that they would not come to Kenting again. The attitude is very bad.

環境雖然老舊但有回家的感覺，阿伯很熱情友善。
阿伯沒用訂房網，只能打電話預定，跟老人家溝通要多確定幾次，才不會有誤。不要求太高的住宿品質好住處～
Great value sea view room for a second stay.
Although the environment is old but it feels like home, Abo is very warm and friendly.
Abo didn't use the reservation network, so he could only make reservations by calling. He had to communicate with the elderly several times to make sure that there would be no mistakes. Do not require too high accommodation quality good accommodation ~
