The owner is very rude to customer and very calculative about anything. Highly not recommended to come!!!! Really bad experience.

The owner is very rude and dishonest. I would give zero star if I could. Had an argument with them, they were trying to overcharge me. God, hate that place.

I had the same experience as everyone else. The owner literally just tries to rip you off by telling you your bike was dirty and you have to pay for it. The rental fees are not even cheap either. Avoid at all cost.

Would only recommend using this company if your Chinese is really, really good. I thought my language skills would be adequate enough to rent a scooter, but my friend and I ran into a ton of problems. Even if you have an international driver's license, you need to have the motorcycle permit as well to rent gas (like most places in Kenting). We rented an electric, which was $700 for a day and a half (3:00 PM to 6:00 PM the next day). I had read online that there are scooter charging stations around the island, but this company refused to give us a map and said we weren't allowed to use them. Instead, she said we could go out towards 白沙 the first day, come back and switch the battery, then go out the second day to the lighthouse. Directions on how to use the scooter were simple enough, and my friend and I set out. We went exactly the route she told us to go, but on the way back we were going up a hill and the scooter started puttering out. We still had about 3 km to go to switch the battery, and had no idea what to do- I stupidly hadn't asked for a phone number and there wasn't one anywhere on the bike, unlike most others. I asked for help from someone who directed us to the coast guard office, and they were super nice and showed us that there was a spare (why didn't the woman tell us this?) and hooked it up. When we got back to the rental office we got yelled out for using the spare, even though we didn't do anything out of the ordinary. I would've switched companies except that we had already paid for the second day in full. The next day I decided to stop by again to see if she could give us the map of charging stations since I didn't want to run into the same problem, and the 阿姨started yelling at me like crazy. When I tried to tell her that the previous day was really nerve-wracking, she just retorted that it shouldn't have been if I followed directions. I've had a lot of experience in customer service so I'm not the type of person to yell at another person for no reason, but I was trying to politely get a word in edge-wise to clarify what we should do if we run into the same situation. She wouldn't let me talk and eventually her granddaughter had to step in to say that she should hear me out. Nothing really got accomplished and my friend and I left hoping that nothing bad would happen. For the most part things were fine. We had a small problem where the switch for the engine turned off mid-ride (??) but we were able to fix it. When we came back later that evening the 阿姨 then was acting perfectly nice after she told me "I told you so" about nothing bad happening. I don't know. Honestly it was a huge headache and maybe it just resulted from a huge cultural miscommunication. The price was pretty good but treatment of customers could be much better. I'm sure people in Kenting are sick of foreigners doing stupid things, but I didn't think I was doing anything rude or obnoxious, my Chinese is okay, and I've lived in Taiwan for a while now and think I have a decent sense of how to interact with people.

I would give this 0 star if I could. I was charged an extra 100 twd coz the owner claimed I bent the electrical bike key. She threatened me saying if I didn't pay up she would keep my passport as collateral. The bike was in the poorest condition you can imagine and I almost ran out of battery. Avoid this at all costs - this is a scam!

Would like to give them a ZERO star. The owner will use every way to rip you off and ruin your Ken-Ting trip. Avoid at all costs...

If there’s minus one star of the reviews, I will change my answer for this shop. The owner is not honest. Highly not recommended this shop. The experience of this is definitely the worst of the trip. Don’t go this shop, or you want to ruin your trip.
