味道算一般的脆皮湯包、只是有蒜味、原味、海苔等等之類的調味粉可以選擇
不過有趣的是蒜味口味吃起來像吃科學麵的調味粉一樣、還以為在吃科學麵、蠻特別的
但如果不想吃太鹹的話原味其實就夠了
原味也比較吃的出湯包原始的味道、也能知道做的好不好吃、覺得可以、就再嘗試其他調味
在墾丁大街、許多攤位重複的情況下、只有一間脆皮湯包是還蠻吸引人的

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 脆皮湯包：有肉汁但不到大爆漿，外帶回飯店吃可以一口塞不會燙傷，調味好吃，可是沒有到脆皮ㄟ

普通湯包的口感，脆皮感其實沒有太多，頂多是底下的煎皮；
有肉湯不過不到爆漿，就是體驗吃小籠包的感覺。
調味：蒜味和海苔味調料一般，愛吃蒜的可能會有點失望。
服務：老闆很會做生意，用自己的方式消化客群量，也會叫排隊的客人，可以去後面坐著享用。
