位於墾丁著名景點船帆石附近，離船帆石沙灘步行距離只需要三分鐘，過墾丁大街約四～五分鐘的車程，看到船帆石的路牌後左轉至船頂路，再繼續向上開約３００～４００公尺，就能抵達本會館，周邊有沙灘，小吃店，及便利商店７－１１，生活機能相當便利。會館於１０５年８月興建完成，１０５年１０月開始正式營運，館內的格局精緻時尚，房內裝潢舒適現代，目標是打造給各位旅客印象深刻的精品民宿，雖然是民宿，格局卻不亞於飯店的規模，想讓各位旅客們有物超所值的體驗。＂目前尚有二館仍在興建中，二館主打海景房，也會有完善的用餐環境（早餐部分暫時在交誼廳內享用），敬請期待。＂ 民宿前方有大片停車場可供開車的旅客們停放，停放的位置就在會館裡面，可以不用擔心遭竊或損壞；本會館全面設置無障礙空間，民宿內也有兩台電梯供旅客們使用，讓行動不便的旅客們也能輕鬆的入住，省去搬運行李的勞累；館內也有附設烤肉區，有兩台大台的烤肉架及兩台家庭用的烤肉架，場地寬敞舒適，有天然石桌石椅供客人使用，除原有配置外，本館也額外提供多張白色塑膠椅，免洗餐具、木炭、垃圾袋也會為旅客們準備，不需加收額外費用，即使包棟的旅客也不必擔心場地、座位及用具不足的問題；

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 房間規畫不錯，但空調清晨答答做響無法入眠，櫃檯又找不到人，只能關冷氣開沙窗透氣。本以為就此可以睡個好覺，沒想到五點的雞鳴聲，六點接力的鳥兒叫，根本都不用睡了
 The room planning is good, but the air conditioner is beeping in the morning and can't sleep, and there is no one at the counter, so I can only turn off the air conditioner and open the sand window for ventilation. 美中不足的地方是半夜冷氣
不知道是否有設定關閉後再開啟，半夜三點關閉一次，之後又自己打開，五點又關閉一次之後又自己打開，有點打擾到睡眠品質
其他大致都還不錯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二訪這家民宿，工作人員和櫃檯人員服務上真的無話可說，非常客氣，烤肉區有4組烤肉位置，所以要提前預約，每個位子都有洗手台非常方便，而且老闆一家人非常親切，遇到都會打招呼問候，早餐蛋餅跟煎餃蠻好吃的。
之後來墾丁住宿香格依然是首選

Excellent hotel, I will stay every time I go to Kenting, the hotel staff are friendly, the room is super relaxing and clean and tidy, I fell in love with it once I went there, I only book this one every time, I should have stayed nearly 10 times. I think the stars are too few, I should give 20 stars ✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have to say that we really enjoyed myself here. It's very clean and the rooms are very nice. The staff are very friendly and they work really hard. They have a nice breakfast. I will definitely come here again and they even assist when you want to barbecue. Mr.周andMr.邱 who work night duty from 3 PM to 11 pm were the one help most. Thank you, guys. Excellent work
