Clean and comfort with summer style village for diving customers

Great diving service ?

It's a great diving village, the instructor and staffs are very nice, the public areas and rooms also very clean, anyway there is a wonderful village.

Better experience in other dive centre. We did 2 shore dives and this is our second time diving in Kenting. This is a comparison of 2 experiences. Caveat for review at the end. Diving village: 2 tanks + full gear rental -- NT2000 Includes: - water + towel - ratio 1 to 4 - no underwater photography Other centre (8** dive centre) -- NT2500 Includes: - water + towel - sweater - glove - ratio 1 to 2 - underwater photography included Dive village potentially due to higher guide to diver ratio, guide doesn't help divers. Leaving me to help my daughter. Entry to shore dive was hard resulting in my daughter falling and had to help her by myself. Definitely not recommended for inexperienced divers. I lost one fin as a result as the waves was pelting and the floor are all sharp pointed rocks. Daughter fell, with tank, fins and all.... But the worst part is the lost fin is charged at 4500NT which I think is unfair considering it is not a new fin and the condition of the fin. 殺人放火。 The mask was also mouldy and when we asked for a change, the alternative is a less mouldy one. So overall cheaper than other dive centre, but friendliness and value for money is poorer versus others. Was planning to join them for diving next day and future but I guess this is the last time due to unwelcome experience, poor dive guiding (high ratio), mouldy mask and unfair pricing for lost fin. I won't recommend if you are looking for a good experience. But cheap yes, but be careful not to lose your equipment as it is high chance given the diving condition. They will take the chance to profit from you. *Caveat: rating is negatively influenced by the ridiculous pricing of the lost fin, otherwise I think 3 star would be fair.
