我們是住同個夫妻老闆所經營的另一間民宿,名叫悅之民宿(因為我撥打房東古先生的電話後,手機顯示的who’s call就是悅夜民宿!) 我們後悔也懊惱訂房前沒有先仔細閱覽Google及所有訂房平台上的評論及評價,這點我們怪不了別人,但我們能做的就是實際評論並分享我們的住宿經驗,請各位欲前往住宿的旅客及網友,真的真的要三思! 以下均為所有同行的家人朋友的真實體驗: 1、民宿經營者是一對夫妻,對民宿客人一律宣稱背後另有老闆,他們只是負責管理的人,但從行前的聯繫、催款、質問我們充電車,到事後發現有東西遺留等所有過程的聯絡,都令我們所有的人感覺他們倆就是實際房東老闆!或許他們就是以這樣的方式才能如此肆無忌憚、囂張惡劣地對待客人吧! 2、訂房後匯完訂金,抵達後房東帶我們進入民宿後,只提醒我們入住後再付付尾款喔,但當我們check in約莫四小時,房東隨即打電話來說「你們為什麼還不付尾款」、「請你們現在立刻處理」,哈囉!我們是住兩天,我們知道要付尾款,真的不用這種口氣對待客人!真的! 3、房東隨時會以公共區域監視器監視著房客且隨時盯著他的電表!因為同行友人有開油電混合車,我們在車庫旁的插頭充電,外出後竟然直接被房東打來質問我們在充什麼,我們不是出門嗎?為什麼電表跑這麼快,要我們不能充電…。但其實我們不是純電車,充到滿只需8度電的情況下,是有刻意佔房東便宜嗎?!況且入住前的注意事項也沒有說不能充,有插頭但你要插什麼電得先經房東同意!!8度電的電費相較我們兩晚總共51100元的房價,值得房東口氣這麼惡劣嗎? 4、帶check in的男房東告知入住當晚沒有別的客人但隔天有,所以隔天要注意安全距離就好,但對於其他相關入住注意事項完全沒提及公共區域晚上11:00就要全部熄燈。正當大家想說沒有其他住客晚上聊天正盡興時,女房東進來強制關燈!還不斷推說老闆都會用監視器監視,也是她進來我們才看到旁邊所貼的告示。再次強調,當晚只有我們一行人住,完全沒有其他住客!當然如果有,我們沒看見告示而女房東來強制關燈時,我們一定會向她表示歉意,但!真的沒有!完全掃了大家的興! 5、不論是check in還是被強制關燈時,房東們會不斷要求冷氣請開恆溫!因為被子很薄,請開恆溫!而不是讓客人自由感覺冷熱調整冷暖氣 6、退房後發現有東西遺留,友人馬上傳訊息請房東協助尋找,但房東直接整整三天不讀不回訊息,友人直接撥打line給房東,房東不接,再打來我們沒接到,房東竟然傳「手機又放在車上了嗎」、「東西沒找到」。後來我們換一個人直接撥打電話給房東,目的是想告知東西遺落的確切地方,並且詢問他何時會過去民宿接待客人,去的時候可否幫我們找一下,有的話通知我們,我們說會請台東友人過去拿,殊不知房東竟是連找都不願幫我們找就直接回答找不到!甚至一直說自己很忙沒在那,無法找!最後更直接嗆我們要請友人去拿他只有晚上11:00有空!!!試問我們也是麻煩朋友,故且不論房東的囂張口氣,這樣刻意刁難是不是太沒必要了! 同行的所有人住過國內外如此多的飯店、民宿,大家毫無異議一致認為台東悅之民宿是所有人目前住過服務態度最差的!這次也學到了教訓,以後我們一定會認真看評論、刷評論、寫評論,優質店家也會如實給予好評鼓勵,劣質店家當然更需要負評及所有消費者團結抵制!

The landlord will always monitor the tenant with a public area monitor and keep an eye on his meter! Because a friend of mine had a gas-electric hybrid car, we charged at the plug next to the garage. After going out, the landlord called and asked us what we were charging. Didn't we go out? Why is the meter running so fast that we can't charge it.... But in fact, we are not pure electric cars. When we only need 8 kWh of electricity to fully charge, are we deliberately taking advantage of the landlord? ! Moreover, the precautions before moving in did not say that it cannot be charged. There is a plug, but what kind of electricity you want to plug in must first be approved by the landlord! ! Compared with our total price of 51,100 yuan for two nights, the electricity bill of 8 kWh is worth the landlord's bad tone? 4. The male landlord with the check-in told that there were no other guests on the night of check-in, but there were other guests the next day, so it would be good to pay attention to the safety distance the next day, but for other related check-in precautions, there was no mention of all the public areas at 11:00 p.m. Lights out. Just when everyone wanted to say that no other residents were having a good time chatting at night, the landlady came in and forced the lights off! 一顆?都不想給!!!!!!!!!!! 要入住的大家真的要好好看谷歌評論!! 那些給一個顆星的遭遇都是真的!! 悦夜、悦之、夜泊民宿皆為同一個民宿業者 房子設備本身沒問題 但是床的部分有過敏的人可能要考慮一下 同行家人有鼻子過敏的人 一躺上床馬上就覺得鼻子癢了不舒服了!! 可見床的清潔度有問題!! 還有不要亂使用民宿老闆的電源因為他會打電話唸客人為什麼要亂插電錶跑很快! 真的是第一次遇到這樣的老闆 還有離開的時候最好不要遺留任何東西在民宿!!! 因為老闆根本不會幫你找 可能還騙你他有找找不到??!! 今天遺失的東西沒有什麼價值的就算了 假如今天是有價值的東西不小心遺留 也別指望老闆會主動聯繫通知客人有東西遺落!!!! 最後老闆有一個優點就是很能言善道!! 還很會破壞客人晚上聊天的氣氛!!打壞旅遊心情!! 千萬要事前看清楚問清楚聽清楚老闆說什麼 不然吃虧的只有自己!!! 不對是最好不要入住才不會有以上的事發生???

HOLIDAY MOOD KILLER 態度差到極點!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND ACCOMMODATION!!! Never had this kind of treatment before. Don’t have the friendly smile or treatment, all the host want is “get us out” (after we arrive 10mins), because we brought a dog with us (where is pet-friendly Tag on booking.com). He ask us to pay extra NTD$1,000 as deposit which NEVER was been told on the phone or via booking.com. He even ask us to cancel the room instead of paying him the deposit. EXTREMELY BAD ATTITUDE. After an argument, he kicks us out. And treat my husband as thief where he just going upstairs to get our luggage. Be cautious, this host has several places in this section. HOLIDAY MOOD KILLER
