跟著姊妹衝了一趟2天1夜台東小旅行,由於3人都是吃貨,所以行程景點除了去看了一個展覽,其它不是在餐廳,就是在小吃店,或者是在去名產店的路上。 那界海無料理餐廳是姊妹的同事介紹的,所以就加入了行程裡,當天晚上騎著小摩托前往時,一度覺得Google大神是要帶我們到什麼荒郊野外,一條路都是荒涼無比,差點想唸起經來,打電話給老闆,老闆說位置沒錯,他來巷口接我們。 原來那界海隱身在一個人煙稀少的巷子裡,因為實在太荒涼,當走到餐廳入口時,哇!反差大的像人間仙境。 當天加我們應該只有3組客人,餐廳人員很簡單,老闆是服務的,老闆娘是大廚,在等待的時候,老闆來跟我們聊天,他說這間餐廳原本就是跟旁邊的房子一樣老舊,是他們自己一點一滴慢慢裝潢起來的,很多地方還保有原來的樣子,雖是老屋,但老闆夫妻兩人把它整理的很美、很乾淨。 每出一道菜,老闆或老闆娘都會親自做介紹,食材都是當天早上去採買的,盡量都買剛剛好,所以餐廳的廚房裡沒有冰箱,食材保證都不是過夜的,因此,這間餐廳都要預訂,現場來是沒有食材做的喔。 因為都是當天的食材,所以都很新鮮,老闆娘也會嘗試很多新的創意料理,老實說不是道道都很厲害,但每道都能感受到老闆娘的用心。出餐速度不快,建議不趕時間再來預訂,慢慢感受店裡的氛圍及和朋友一邊閒聊一邊吃美食的時光。

點的是伊比利豬排套餐、油封鴨套餐,每套$1000元,前三道:湯品、沙拉、野米燉飯的小前菜表現都算中規中矩還算可口,開始很期待後面的主餐。 第四道上的是旗魚義大利麵,但不知為何要把兩個人的義大利麵放在同一盤來分食,義大利麵開始就是個美食災難的開始,首先義大利麵沒什麼味道,麵體就是是水煮撈起來後只拌上碎蕃茄丁橄欖油,這樣的做法我們也常吃,但第一次遇到沒有香氣的,旗魚異常的鹹,旗魚和義大利麵彷彿是兩種料理放在一起表現不出融合,只有表現出各說各話,整體色香味都很不及格。 第五道主餐來了,平常很常吃伊比利豬,自己在家也會做,但從未吃過如此乾柴、沒有香氣略帶豬味的伊比利豬,不禁懷疑這是伊比利豬嗎。 再來明明主廚介紹今天只有伊比利豬和油封鴨,當上桌時我們一看不對吧這是雞腿啊,問的服務生居然還說對這是油封鴨,切開肉是白的,嚐起來確定是雞肉,雞腿肉還可以肉嫩帶汁、雞皮不香脆略韌,後來問主廚只故作驚訝回答啊~上錯了,真的是傻眼。 主餐踩雷、蚊子又多真的是很想趕快結束趕快離開,但甜點跟飲料足足等了快30分鐘,以為甜點會多精彩才要做這麼久,但上桌的就是切片起司蛋糕和檸檬汁,切個起司蛋糕是為何要30分鐘,比我們晚半小時到的另一桌,還跟我們同時用到主餐,光是在那等不懂分配工作程序的主廚,真的是浪費客人時間。 總結,餐廳的硬體裝潢真的很舒服漂亮,但這區域小黑蚊很多,在餐廳內也有被叮幾個包,要帶蚊蟲藥去,冷氣不夠冷。 主廚很客氣但料理功力真的是普通偏下,服務生非常不專業上菜就是放著就走,也不會注意客人水杯沒水了要倒,需要一直叫服務生來倒水,最傻眼的還只倒一口水就走,如果忙不過來為何不一桌給一壺,其實當天也才一共兩桌啊
