一份價格不便宜
醬料特別，不是一般的醬油膏
不會死鹹
綜合湯湯頭還不錯，豬血少，腸類多
自助式，餐後自行收碗盤
煎蘿蔔糕的煎台四周油垢很多
工作人員女生語氣和態度不是很好

有先搜尋過台東的幾種知名小吃
像是蘿蔔糕,臭豆腐等
蘿蔔糕在台東市區有多間店家均有販售
由於我們都是素食者
在幾經比較參考各家網路食記後
決定優先造訪這間柯家蘿蔔糕
這間蘿蔔糕其實算是一間葷素店
除了有賣蘿蔔糕外
還有賣豬肝湯等葷食
但店家對素食者非常友善
在菜單上有明確標示
蘿蔔糕全素可食用
更重要的是
店家提供的獨門醬汁也有素食可食的醬汁
建議素食者點餐時要跟店家說清楚
搭配素食可食用的特調醬汁
真的是非常好吃啊

小腸豬血湯55元，份量一般，價格略高。
蘿蔔糕大份是8片$55元(看大小應該是對切所以是正常份量的4片)，小份是6片$45元(等於3片)；北部一般價格2片就40元了。
蘿蔔糕細嫩，口味清淡，建議煎酥酥的，應該會更好吃。
