炒飯香Q好吃，蚵仔煎薄薄一片也可以，A菜新鮮，大大的炸鮮蚵鮮美，炒蜆仔炒花枝一定要配酒，虱目魚肚湯也很新鮮，而且魚片超多的！除了鹹，其他都很讚的在地美食。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來知本泡溫泉，路過直接進去吃，沒想到還蠻好吃的，孩子最愛他們的炒飯，一碗接著一碗，招牌炒羊肉香氣非常足夠，只要搭配白飯就可以吃上好幾碗~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阿郎熱炒店的餐點真的很好吃，極推1.「三杯肥腸」200元採事前以密製滷透的大腸頭為基料，做三杯口味爆炒、2.「招牌羊肉」180元伴炒芥藍菜，是我今生目前試過羊羶味最低的羊肉、3.「豆鼓鮮蚵」180元生蚵超大鮮美，老闆掌握的快炒火候拿捏神準，鮮蚵上了調味卻不縮水、4.「虱目魚肚」150元烹調技術佳、5.「冷筍沙拉」鮮嫩可口。口味偏重，很下飯！青菜類比較清淡，怕鹹的朋友可以多點蔬菜類或請老闆減點鹽。算是高CP在地美食喔！
如果數人共享現炒美食，每人平均分擔300-600元，也可以只點或外帶80元的炒飯炒麵、炒時蔬。
The meals at Alang Hot Stir-Fried Restaurant are really delicious. It is highly recommended. 1. "Three Cups of Fat Intestines" is 200 yuan. It uses densely marinated large intestines as the base and makes three cups of flavour and stir-fry. 2. "Signature Lamb" "180 yuan with stir-fried kale is the lowest mutton I have ever tried in my life. 3. "Dogu Fresh Oyster" 180 yuan raw oyster is super large and delicious. It doesn't shrink with seasoning, 4. "Milk maw" 150 yuan cooking technique is good, 5. "Cold bamboo shoot salad" is fresh and delicious. The taste is too heavy, and it's a good meal! Vegetables are relatively light, so friends who are afraid of salt can order more vegetables or ask the boss to reduce salt. It's a high-CP local delicacy!
If several people share the freshly-fried food, each person will share 300-600 yuan on average. You can also order or take out 80 yuan fried rice, fried noodles, and stir-fried vegetables.
