★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 網路銀行線上不能解鎖就已經很爛了,來到分行竟然還要等一個小時以上,明明就還有很多其他的閒置人力,是覺得大家都很有空吃飽太閒嗎?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛好彰銀數位提款卡被鎖卡,一進門發現臨櫃人不多,直接抽號碼單,等一會便到臨櫃上,臨櫃小姐請我們到服務台辦理,但服務台有兩個人在開公司戶和更換印艦,請我們等待半小時以上。
我詢問服務台小姐,臨櫃沒有什麼客人,為什麼不能在臨櫃辦,她說,因為是服務台的業務。
如果服務台人多塞車中,臨櫃為什麼無法分擔呢?如果業務無法彈性分配處理,是不是就一直塞在服務台,而讓客人一直等待呢(即使臨櫃沒人)?
服務台只看到一位小姐在辦理,臨櫃有2~3位可辦理。

整個行庫目視約有15餘位行員,但臨櫃的窗口只有2、3個,其餘的都埋著頭做自己的事,客人已經排了10幾個,也不會有其他人來支援。
臨櫃處理的動作慢的讓人非常有感,客人辦完後,也常常隔了3-5分鐘才叫下一號,近期去過二次,一次單純的繳費就等了1個多小時,一次臨櫃提款含等待前後花了快40分鐘。對比放在櫃檯上的效率第一名的獎牌,很諷刺!
去過那麼多家公、私立銀行,沒遇過那麼低效率的行庫。如果能有選擇,絕對不會考慮彰銀。

There are about 15 clerks in the whole library, but there are only two or three windows next to the counter, and the rest are doing their own things with their heads buried. There are already a dozen guests in line, and there will be no other people to support.
The slowness of the counter-handling process is very impressive. After the guests are finished, they often call the next number after 3-5 minutes. I have been there twice recently, and I have waited more than an hour for a simple payment. It took almost 40 minutes before and after a cash withdrawal including waiting. It's ironic to compare the efficiency first place medals on the counter!
I have been to so many public and private banks, and I have never encountered such inefficient bank treasury. If there is a choice, Zhang Yin will never be considered.

最後關門前告知無法辦理
這樣的處理,感受度很差
