★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉很小塊，數量也不多大概一碗5-6塊！點3種不同的麵條，有細拉麵、粗拉麵、還有刀削麵，其實每一款麵條都蠻粗的。尤其粗拉麵（皮帶麵）麵中間還有沒煮熟的生麵，不過應該可以確定是手工製作，因為麵的寬度有寬有窄還有沒切好像一條長褲?，刀削麵咬下去有生麵粉味，不是很喜歡！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 羊肉刀削麵超級大碗150元，麵條是闆娘手工揉製，有幾條稍嫌厚實像在吃麵粉塊有點小可惜，但是口感Q彈不軟爛，喜愛有口感的人可以嘗試看看，紅燒羊肉口味微辣好吃，而且羊肉目測至少七塊，帶骨且多肉。闆娘很熱情，會關心有沒有吃飽，口味合不合，或許有人會覺得這種價位在台東稍高，但整體來說料真的很多，個人覺得完全值這個價，連男生都覺得吃的超級飽，推推！
P.S.上面是香菜，不吃的人記得先跟闆娘告知不要加，不然量多到絕對讓你哭出來?個人尚可接受，但這種組合實在少見?
