★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just 15 minutes from Hualien city center. It’s a nice river setting in the heart of nature. Plus, you can do a 6 meter leap if feeling courageous. Further upstream is a waterfall but it is another 2 - 3 hours hiking.

The river is really nice and clean, in the weekends can get a bit crowded but there is space for everyone. There are also a couple of rocks from where you can jump in the wate
