1、客人用電話點完餐後沒有再次確認，事後發現問題反應很堅持自己沒問題，是客人問題。真心想問：是不是因為沒有錄音所以可以這樣凹？一句簡單的道歉真的「開不了口」？
2、已經告知單點的腿庫不要淋汁，然後用塑膠袋包一包裝滿幾乎一半的湯汁還撒出來？
請問該店的點餐人員當天是在恍神還是這是常態？我想店家如果是用心在對待客人的這些方面建議要進行一些修正，當然如果自認為自己老店客群穩定這都小事不用在意那當然就不用太在意我這篇留言了。
