服務人員訊息回覆都很即時且親切,沒有漲價仍是與平日同價格,三天二夜的行程,騎機車載行李不容易,店家考慮到行車的安全,幫我們把行李直接運送至飯店,連續二天,第一天與第二天的飯店距離,車程至少有15分鐘的,這項服務沒有加收費用,站在旅遊者角度來思考非常的體貼,真心推薦!!

The replies to the messages from the service staff are very immediate and kind. No price increase is still the same price as usual. For a three-day and two-night trip, it is not easy to carry luggage on a motorcycle. The store considers the safety of driving and helps us to transport the luggage directly to the hotel. For two consecutive days, the distance between the hotel on the first day and the second day is at least 15 minutes by car. There is no extra charge for this service. From the perspective of tourists, it is very considerate and I really recommend it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是北漂族，平均ㄧ季要回花蓮一次，遇過太多租車行，這次回去來到亞瑟租車，發現這家租車行的服務超乎想像，小姐服務很親切不說，連很多小細節都會提醒我們，基本的雨衣提供不說，連免洗頭套都注意到了，店面重新整修，連牆上的畫都是老闆娘親手畫的，用心程度真的沒話說，面對一整排的租車店選擇，不會惡意競爭，車很新，價格也非常合理，真的是印象非常深刻的租車經驗，一定要推薦給大家！
I'm from Beidriah. I have to go back to Hualien every season on average. I have encountered too many car rental companies. This time, I went back to Arthur to rent a car and found that the service of this car rental company was beyond imagination. The details will remind us, not to mention the basic raincoats provided, even the disposable head covers have been noticed, the storefront has been renovated, and even the paintings on the walls are painted by the proprietress herself. The choice of car rental shops will not compete maliciously. The car is very new and the price is very reasonable. It is really a very impressive car rental experience. I must recommend it to everyone!

賴上提前預訂了Force2.0
店家說是2月底新買的，
我們騎的時候里程才1000出頭
車況性能就不用說了~騎完整條193縣道穩穩的
取車時才知道去年中秋節有重新裝潢過
工作人員態度親切、服務好，
安全帽很新，附雨衣和手機架都免費(驚喜)
整個消費體驗比連鎖店還優質
CP值真的很高！

This time I came to Hualien and came back to visit Arthur's rental car again.

The store said it was new at the end of February.
We only had 1000 miles when we rode
Needless to say, the performance of the car condition ~ ride the entire 193 county road steadily
When I picked up the car, I found out that it had been redecorated for the Mid-Autumn Festival last year.
Friendly staff, good service,
The helmet is very new, and the raincoat and mobile phone holder are free (surprise)
The entire consumer experience is better than chain stores
CP value is really high!

The tourist attractions provided are very detailed, and the prices are reasonable and do not arbitrarily shout

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe great for Taiwanese, but this shop doesn't rent to foreigners holding a Taiwan license and ID. A Taiwanese guarantor is needed, even for foreigners living here for multiple years. When asking to rent I got turned away without any explanation. Once insisting on an explanation, I heard they are afraid foreigners who cause accidents or with unpaid tickets will flee the country. Understandable reasoning, but a very rude initial refusal is why I give it 2 stars.

If I had any problems they helped me immediately. Also, extending my contract was very simple. I'll share the location with people coming from my university to study in Hualien because I am very satisfied by this company! Thanks for everything.
