★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 花蓮在地居民應該不會使用到這個停車場，但對外地來花蓮的遊客，確實提供了很大的方便性。中山路兩旁的停車格和中正路上的停車場很多，但有時碰到假日巔峰時間，還是要繞很久。這裡的車位不多，位置也不熱鬧，但停車的功能性還是要予以肯定。
 Hualien residents should not use this parking lot, but tourists who come to Hualien from other places do provide great convenience. There are a lot of parking spaces on both sides of Zhongshan Road and parking lots on Zhongzheng Road, but sometimes it will take a long time to meet the peak time of the holiday. There are not many parking spaces here, and the location is not lively, but the functionality of parking is still to be affirmed.
