★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 田浦車站在過去是進入花東縱谷的第一站，後來因為東線鐵路拓寬，田浦與吉安距離不到一公里，所以就被撤站了。
撤站後原本還有著日式建築的車站與宿舍，因為颱風吹垮了建築物，因此，現在已經無法看到田浦車站了。
只有車站前的數棵大榕樹依舊存在，彼此盤根錯節，形成一片可觀的小森林，走進裡面，到處都是下垂的氣根鬚與奇形怪狀的枝幹，照起相來還蠻有感覺的喔！裡面還有一口水井，來歷就不清楚了。
在前方不遠處還有個紀念性質的田圃站小建築，然後，對面小公園裡有一個小火車頭的模型，可以在這附近等候拍攝火車經過喔！
Tianpu Station used to be the first station to enter the East Rift Valley. Later, due to the widening of the Eastern Line, Tianpu and Ji’an were less than one kilometer away, so they were removed from the station.
After the station was withdrawn, there were still stations and dormitories with Japanese-style buildings. Because the typhoon destroyed the buildings, Taura Station is no longer visible.
Only a few big banyan trees in front of the station still exist, intertwined with each other, forming a considerable small forest. Walking into it, there are drooping air roots and weird branches everywhere. It looks quite sensational! There is also a well in which the origin is not clear.
There is a commemorative Tianpu Station building not far in front, and there is a model of a small locomotive in the small park opposite. You can wait here to photograph the train passing by!
