★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用料實在 ，湯頭不錯 ，附近有自由街公共停車場 ，方便停車 。吃火鍋配它的紅茶喝 ，飯後 ，嘴不會有乾乾的感覺 。
The ingredients are real, the soup is good, and there is a public parking lot on Liberty Street nearby, which is convenient for parking. After eating hot pot with its black tea, your mouth will not feel dry after a meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 화롄에서 가장 좋아하는 훠궈가게, 개인팟이라 위생적이에요. 그리고 여기 기본으로 제공되는 야채들 너무 신선하고 맛있습니다. 전 개인적으로 소고기는 항상 去骨牛小排 이걸로 시켜먹는데 정말 맛있습니다 ? 탕은 개인적으로 기본탕도 맛있지만 미소탕 (웨전탕)으로 추천합니다, 무엇보다 여기서 제일 유명한건 찍어먹는 간장소스가 여기서 직접만드신거라는데 水果醋에 마늘이랑 매운고추 파 이렇게 넣고 먹으면 어디가서 먹어보지 못한 맛을 경험해보실수 있을겁니다! 그 외에도 마지막에 나오는 녹두탕 디저트까지.. 화롄에서 개인적으로 가장 애정하는 집이라 완전 강추합니다? 직원분들고 너무 친절하시고 위생적이고 맛 또한 일품입니다?
My favorite hotpot in Hualien, it's a private pot, so it's hygienic. And the vegetables served here are so fresh and delicious. Personally, I always order beef with this, and it is really delicious ? I personally recommend the basic soup, but I recommend the miso soup (weejeontang). If you eat it with garlic and hot red onion in the water, you will be able to experience a taste that you have never tried anywhere else! In addition to that, the mung bean soup dessert that comes out at the end.. It is my personal favorite house in Hualien, so I highly recommend it? The staff are so friendly, hygienic, and the taste is excellent?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 算是老店了，但店內蠻乾淨的，醬料區也是，湯頭中規中矩，肉類品質蠻棒的，平價好吃，值得推薦。
It's an old shop, but the shop is quite clean, as is the sauce area, the soup is pretty good, the meat quality is pretty good, and the price is delicious, it is worth recommending.
