整體感受很差,以後再也不會來吃。

非常非常推薦!
?不敢吃辣可以放心前來,小小辣真的是讓你舌頭麻麻的和身體熱熱的,味道好而且吃進去後肚子很暖,讓你重新認識並且愛上吃辣?
我覺得涼麵一定要點cp值很高,夠香而且特別好吃,水煮肉片雖然要價400元但是超大碗、肉質嫩,入口前很擔心會超辣,沒想到是熱騰騰外加香麻的好滋味充滿口腔?兩個人吃十分鐘都還沒吃完肉片~
最後可以配著肉片下面的豆芽菜很解辣又脆,期待未來能夠再來光顧?

第一道送上來酸味撲鼻,吃完後趁勝追擊的麻感直接讓我胃口大開
水煮牛肉|NT500
吃過不少間川菜餐廳,真的還沒吃過豆芽菜比肉片還先吃完的,肉給的有夠誇張多!上面有裹不知道什麼粉讓每塊肉都很滑嫩完全不會過老,且椒麻香一應俱全
酸菜魚|NT480
是用吳郭魚下去煮,完全沒有土味肉質軟嫩。
酸菜的佔量比魚肉少,湯充滿的花椒香在吃完水煮牛後喝湯真的讚
麻婆豆腐|NT150
豆腐不易碎又很Q彈,顏色不會很紅算是蠻溫和的麻婆豆腐,也很好吃
重慶香腸|NT200
因為是風乾臘腸,加上此種香腸的肥瘦比似乎多為2:8所以吃起來也是乾乾的,仔細看切面都有花椒籽在裡面,很特別的香味但我還是愛台灣的肥肥香腸?
涼拌豆皮|NT30
個人是豆皮的超級粉絲,只要有豆皮絕對會點。
這道是到很後面才上的,吃起來就簡單拌過香油
算是緩和前面被辣一波的休息小點

青江菜一上來整個油亮油亮,就知道這油下的不少啊,但還是很清脆好吃

老闆跟闆娘感覺都是重慶人,闆娘時不時用宏亮又熱情的口音介紹著餐點裡的辣椒,也會很自信的說:好吃吧!並拿著許多遊客回訂的清單給我看
可見他們對自己料理非常滿意,但也真的很好吃!如果家裡都是嗜辣者又沒什麼機會去花蓮,真的可以請他們冷凍郵寄吃看看!
期待下次去花蓮再訪點別的菜顛覆我所認知的川菜口味?️

不會進的原因在於店面不起眼、看起來髒髒舊舊,不覺得是一間好吃或乾淨的店,後來男友看Google評論有人寫「高手在民間」才引起我們的興趣
因為只有兩個人來吃,沒有點太多道菜,點了酸菜魚、魚香茄子、燙青菜。
最推就是酸菜魚!麻、辣、酸都有,然而超融合,口感很溫潤,魚肉也很鮮嫩,這一道菜讓我跟男友驚艷不已。
跟酸菜魚相對就是水煮魚,老闆娘說水煮魚比較辣,因為初訪不知道店的辣度會有多重就未點,而是選擇辣度較低的酸菜魚先嘗試,不過回訪一定會點水煮魚試試。
至於魚香茄子跟燙青菜也在中上之上,但就好吃,沒有太多想法哈
老闆跟老闆娘口音很重,每一句都像在吵架,真的會讓人覺得態度不好,不過後來發現他們自己每句話對話都像吵架
至於缺點就是店內乾淨度還可以更好,不然就一百分了哈哈?

Compared with pickled fish, it is boiled fish. The lady boss said that boiled fish is more spicy. I didn’t order it because I didn’t know how spicy it would be at the first visit. Instead, I chose pickled fish with lower spiciness to try first. Try the boiled fish.
As for the fish-flavored eggplant and the blanched green vegetables, they are also above the middle, but they are delicious. I don't have many ideas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small local restaurant with authentic Sichuan food. However, they seemed undermanned when dealing with a table of 10 people and struggled to get food out in a timely manner. The restaurant itself was a bit messy and disorganized, making the dining experience a little stressful.
