★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在106年的4月4日單車環島到吉安鄉時，約莫下午兩點，當時店家幾乎都休息，剛好騎到了阿泉小吃，很不巧的老闆一家人剛好要收攤外出了，老闆見到我疲累又飢餓的牽著單車站在門口，也知道我不方便外帶，於是讓我留下內用，其實當下非常感謝老闆，因為我也沒啥體力也極度飢餓需要休息，點了一碗什錦麵，這碗什錦麵很好吃，還有濃濃的人情味，遙在雲林的我，這遲來的祝福，祝福阿泉小吃生意興隆
