★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我覺得管理方面不是很好，樓梯髒，我家信件沒投入信箱被雨淋爛掉，還有為何有繳管理費，可是社區卻沒垃圾室可丟垃圾，丟垃圾還要等垃圾車來才能丟，真的很不方便！跟新北市的社區在管理上差好多！
