★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在瑞穗這麼偏鄉的地方，能吃到肉粿蠻難得的，老闆從台南過來這裡養生，後來便將台南在地小吃作出來販售，這裡有肉羹、台南常見的魚皮，魚肚，排骨飯,肉粽等，種類很多元，是中式早午餐的去處.
It’s quite rare to eat meat kueh in a remote place like Ruisui. The boss came here from Tainan to keep healthy, and later he sold local snacks in Tainan. There are meat soup, fish skin, fish belly, and ribs commonly found in Tainan. There are many kinds of rice, meat dumplings, etc. It is the place for Chinese brunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辣椒醬配炒米粉讚，炒米粉很入味，排骨飯是用豬軟骨排，完全可以入口咬爛，肉羹是真的一塊肉的，也不錯吃，天熱老板還提供免費冰紅茶，很貼心。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 桂姐肉粿；當還想著昨晚住在瑞穗值不值得的同時，這一頓早餐卻徹底的讓我的想法消失了。
大量的香菜所覆蓋的滷肉飯，吃起來微甜而不膩，且配著真材實料的魚丸湯和燙魚皮，根本就是為了喜愛中式早餐的人們而打造。
註：因為我對粿類比較沒有太大的慾望，且這陣子也沒有販售，所以就把主角的職責丟給滷肉飯了。
Sister Gui Rou Kueh; when I was thinking about whether it was worth living in Ruisui last night, this breakfast completely made my thoughts disappear.
The braised pork rice covered with a lot of coriander is slightly sweet but not greasy, and it is accompanied by real fish ball soup and hot fish skin. It is simply made for people who love Chinese breakfast.
Note: Because I don't have much desire for kueh, and I haven't sold it for a while, so I left the role of the protagonist to the braised pork rice.
