★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建於1928年，主人邱安德 原屏東縣新埤鄉客家人，清末日初，邱安德父母率家人東遷來此定居。邱安德學習中藥有成，在東里開設「養元中藥房」致富後興建這麼一幢「唐山式豪宅」來彰顯家族。 舊稱「大庄」的東里村是前山移民後山最早聚集開發的村落。
 Built in 1928, the host Qiu Ande was originally from the Hakkas in Xintuo Township, Pingtung County. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Qiu Ande's parents led the family to move east to settle here. Qiu Ande learned Chinese medicine successfully, opened a "Yangyuan Traditional Chinese Pharmacy" in Dongli, and built such a "Tangshan-style mansion" to show his family. Dongli Village, formerly known as "Dazhuang", was the earliest village to be gathered and developed by Qianshan immigrants Houshan.

不了解是否還有邱家後代子孫居住在此。
倒是看見了郵局，這麼迷你親民還真是有趣。
