接待的男性櫃台人員非常沒有專業度,問系統識別錯誤裝置名稱跟我扯晶片問題,講產品瑕疵跟我扯沒用原廠指定包包導致受損,判定人損,最好笑的是,因為我送的筆電還在保固內,所以叫我送直營維修中心比較快,是不是不想修才跟我這樣講我不知道,保內修確實沒辦法讓我掏錢,既然不能修是不是跟索尼一樣收一收留直營就好了,只想要客人掏錢,不推薦來此維修,直營再爛至少還不會踢皮球叫你去別的地方修。

因為孩子遠距教學需要電腦,本以為服務中心只有維修電腦,到現場工程師介紹後發現原來也有賣新電腦,詢問舊筆電問題加上新筆電建議,櫃台接待工程師很專業細心回答我的每一個有點驢的問題~ 疫情期間讓孩子上課的急迫問題得到解決,選購一台15"電腦加上高速碟,速度真的比我的舊電腦快很多 ,兩個孩子線上教學不用擔心孩子了 疫情期間來人來往~口罩消毒真的不能少 ,服務業能在這口罩疫情下還表現熱情真的不多~值得推薦

個人不喜歡留負評,但這件事令人生氣且厭煩,筆電1/7送修1/10致電詢問 維修人員表示送修日適逢星期五 所以尚未有結果 之後回覆主機板壞掉維修費4900,答應維修,筆電拿回來後,產生了系統不穩,螢幕顯示的問題,1/18再次送回檢測,之後再去電詢問 維修人員表示:在檢測時不小心壓壞上蓋 必須維修,1/25號都未接到相關訊息 於是再次致電詢問,維修人員表示:上蓋收成本費1000元…….滿頭問號了❓是我們的錯嗎?用壞的人是你,我需要付費?於是再致電 我生氣 維修人員也生氣的回應我:我叫材料來幫你修復就是… 之後我打了客服中心 ,我表示我生氣維修人員也生氣,我的訴求就是:我要在年前拿到筆電,隔天1/26號 說筆電好了,我們去將筆電拿回, 但是!!! 筆電闔起來無法進入睡眠模式….打了acer 的直營維修中心,都表示手上案件多,加上要過年,無法保證在年前可以修復……. 這樣的維修經驗 令人不開心
