這次體驗的是Xbody
一個科技化的運動一個我從來沒有接觸過運動
完全結合了肌力有氧的全方位
簡單來說就是透過電流來刺激深層的肌肉
平常就有在重訓的我 經過這次的體驗
身體的回饋非常的有感
以後會想規劃自己每週來一次
搭配自己平常的重量訓練 來達到一個有效的組合

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a VIP feel gym that is suitable for not only male but also female customers, I would say their coaches and trainers are very well equipped! They have this special XBody course that allows you to do once the workout but twice the effort! Defiantly recommend!!
