S	Sara Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 那天去做pcr 等了快一個小時、比我後面掛號的都走了、「護士給我的回答是他們要用視訊看診、醫生現忙著視訊看診」。一般會被要求做pcr,通常都是自篩陽性，常理判斷是離確診不遠了、可是卻讓患者等ㄧ個小時、等於增加其他患者染疫的風險,而且既然要選擇視訊看診為何又要規定需現場掛號？我知道醫療人員辛苦了、但真的要好好避開染疫風險！我後來真的確診、在那裡坐一個小時、不知道有沒染到誰？

W	Wei Wei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 能理解疫情期間護理人員人力不足要等候沒關係但PCR 自篩陽排隊等候醫生診斷過後到藥局領藥順序根本是跳號前面都領完了藥都還沒好要申請診斷證明先問藥局前人員說要進去裡面櫃檯問櫃檯裡面的人又說要出去問外面的護理人員根本毫無程序可言真的不如去醫院不會再去了
